Click on publish and your org chart will be created and displayed. Within the application we have useful tips, how-to videos and a great user guide. The short answer is yes. You don’t actually need integration to get started with Hanelly. Use the in-app excel template and you’ll be able to publish your org chart straight away.

However, if you would like full integration with your HCM/ HRIS solution (eg. WorkDay, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors or any other solution) then we will be happy to implement for you. Please contact us on info@Nakisa.com and our team will get started.

Our data is hosted on Amazon Web Services, a secure global cloud service platform. We regularly undergo penetration testing to provide complete data security. We take great care to ensure that all of your data is not only secure, but visible only to the people with the right permissions. For Hanelly users, viewing permissions are controlled by the administrator and user security level to restrict data visibility. Nakisa is also a SOC 2 compliant organization and GDPR ready, meaning our security status is verified and certified by global security standards. A copy of Nakisa’s cybersecurity policy is available upon request.

Yes. Printing and exporting is available out-of-the-box. However, we encourage our customers to save paper and use the powerful “Share” feature, which allows you to email a link of the screen you are looking at to your colleague or stakeholder. Unlike printed or exported data, this feature works within the bounds of your security configuration. This means that no matter what link you send, they will still only see what they are allowed to see.
